Terms of service

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the DotWin platform at entrepreneurs.win, businesses.win, ceos.win, brands.win, the agency site at dotwin.win, and every module that ships under the .win mark. The platform is operated by DotWin Holdings LLC ("DotWin", "we"). By creating an account or buying anything from us, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.

Keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for everything done under your account until you tell us otherwise. Tell us right away at security@dotwin.win if you suspect access has been compromised.

You can invite others into your account and assign them roles. The role you give them controls what they can see and do. The account owner is responsible for the actions of every member.

The platform includes the build delivery, the modules listed in your tier, the community surfaces, the AI features tied to your tier, and the ARK integration where it applies. Specific features and limits per tier are described on the pricing page and in your subscription record.

Some products are one-time purchases. Some are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, plus any tax we are required to collect.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file for the price quoted at checkout, and to charge it again at each renewal until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate partial periods.

If a payment fails, we will retry it and notify you. After repeated failure, access to the platform is suspended until the balance is cleared. Suspended accounts remain readable for thirty days, then are eligible for deletion.

We offer a 14-day refund window on new annual subscriptions and a 7-day refund window on new monthly subscriptions, measured from the first charge. After that window, charges are non-refundable. One-time purchases (custom builds, intensive packages) are governed by the offer they were sold under.

Refund requests go to billing@dotwin.win. We will respond within five business days.

You keep ownership of the data you put into the platform — your business records, customer lists, copy, brand assets, and the sites we build. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content so we can run the platform for you.

You promise that you have the right to use the content you upload, and that it does not infringe on someone else's rights or break the law.

You will not use the platform to send spam, host illegal content, attack other systems, scrape the platform, mass-bot signups, or evade our access controls. We can suspend or terminate accounts that do.

You will not resell access to your account or share credentials outside the seats you have paid for.

The platform, the .win brand, the modules, the design system, and the code we ship are owned by DotWin. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use them while your account is in good standing.

Some features generate content with large language models. Output may be incorrect, incomplete, or biased. Review it before you publish or rely on it. We do not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated output.

Inputs you provide to AI features may be sent to our model providers under their own terms. We pick providers that do not train on customer data by default.

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the platform is capped at the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You can close your account at any time from Settings. We can suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails after repeated retries, or if continuing to serve you would put the platform or other members at risk.

On termination, your data is retained for a recovery window and then deleted, subject to legal retention rules in the Privacy policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email to account owners and posted on this page. The effective date below is updated each time.
